excellent air-conditioning, nearby metro access, proximity to supermarkets
The bathroom carries an unpleasant odor, and the nightly loud bar music disrupts sleep!!! The shuttle service to the beach lacks punctuality, leaving guests waiting longer than necessary!!!

Staff was polite and decent, I didn't feel like leaving!
They gave me a brand-new room with black out curtains, twin beds. Variety of food for breakfast, it was affordable. The location of the hotel was central, close enough to other markets and supermarket and restaurants. Overall the service was good.

The location was good and magnificent, not too far away from laundry. There were reasonably spacious rooms with 2 single bed and black out curtains, for example.

The stay was quite challenging. The room we were given was right above a nightclub, making it hard to sleep with all the noise. When we reached out to the reception for help, we were told that changing rooms would only be possible the following day, which didn’t happen. On top of that, there were issues with cold water in the shower and a lack of room service for basic needs like bed-making and towel exchanges. The location, however, was near some interesting attractions and had nearby food options, which was a slight positive in an otherwise disappointing experience.

The breakfast is very very good, and the location is absolutely perfect really close to the in-house nightclub, clock tower, Diera City Center, and the metro station and shopping mall.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro.
The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, with unpleasant odors and visible neglect. The shower had issues with cold water was good, and I faced delays in getting my room cleaned despite several requests. I felt that the hotel did not meet the basic standards I expected.

size of the room, pool and price, there is something important to consider..
...in dubai the clubs are in the hotels. This one has in the ground floor a club with "dancers" and in the pool area a "relaxing" "massage" area for people over 21 years old that was filled with men going up in the elevator. I didn't mind but it's something to be aware of because it can make someone uncomfortable. I also didn't like the fact that the front desk keeps your passport until you leave.

The location in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the Al Rigga metro station. Proximity to Algurhair Mall. The many shops
we arrived, employee at the front desk asked for the visa card used to make our reservations. As soon as he got it, he immediately proceeded to debit the bill without any explanation, as if we could leave the hotel without paying the bill, (even though they automatically take the passports of the guests and keep them until the day of departure... otherwise they require a deposit of 200$ ). I had to ask him the reason for this, only to hear me reply curtly that the hotel's policy had changed... tone was condescending to the point of contempt. I didn't fail to complain to the manager. You feel like you're treated differently depending on the color of your skin... too bad. Another negative point: the water leaks in the pipes under the bathtub and in the bathroom at the ceiling level. I asked for a blanket twice without success. Apart from the BBC there are only local channels and age of the TV set makes it not compatible with You Tube.
